Another 4 hours for Taekwondo
class again., it was killed me. We were training under the sun from 9.00 a.m.
till 12.00 a.m. The sun was not friendly today as it is too strong. My skin
turn to black colour after 3 hours. I really hate today as I am a dark Chinese now.
it's ok... a little tan is good.
